Walk to End Alzheimer’s: Feed Your Noodle will take place on Friday, September 9th from 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. and is to benefit the Range Area Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

This event is a spaghetti dinner at Valentini’s Supper Club on 31 West Lake Street in Chisholm, Minnesota. Tickets are $11 for dine-in, curbside pick-up, or take-out. The dinner will include Penne pasta with sugo sauce, meatballs, coleslaw, and bread & butter.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s: Feed Your Noodle is an annual event that brings in extra funds to help combat Alzheimer’s in delicious fashion!

There is also still room in their Range Walk if you would like to be even more involved in the fight against Alzheimer’s! Sign up for the walk, the pasta dinner, or both!

The Chisholm All-Class Reunion will be going on from August 3rd through August 7th alongside Doc “Moonlight” Graham Days and the St. Louis County Fair. There will be plenty going on in  Chisholm so make sure you don’t miss out on all of the fun!

Join us for the Northshore Philharmonic Orchestra on July 28th starting at 6p.m.! Made up of people of all ages and intents united by their love of symphonic music. Membershop includes adult amature and professional musicians, members of college and high school music programs, as well as some performers who are members of the Mesabi Symphony and the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestras “giving back” to the community. 

The Northshore Philharmonic Orchestra (NSPO) positions itself as a community orchestra for the northern Wisconsin and Minnesota Arrowhead areas, including the Iron Range. It is “community” in the sense that all members are volunteers; few make a living as a performing musician. It is “professional” according to expression of its devotion to excellence.

It is our hope that you will consider exercising a corporate or personal initiative to support talented and professional hard-working individuals who pursue artistic achievement as an avocation in the Northland. The United Way Renegade Trail Run is now open for registration! The 25K and 5K will be taking place on September 10th at The Redhead MTB Park, all proceeds will go toward United Way’s United for Veterans Program. 

The run will be on a single track of rugged, reclaimed terrain and winners will be determined by chip timers. Registration covers the cost of the trail run, a shirt, chip timing and one (1) free beer  for runners (21+) or one (1) free root beer.

There will be a ton to do at The United Way Renegade Trail Run, even if you are only there to cheer on the runners! September 9th from 3-6 p.m. will be packet pickup at the trailhead.

• 8:30 a.m. First 5K wave starts
• 12 p.m.: Awards and presentations at the Trailhead
