More About the Imagination Library
Bringing literacy to area youth!
Your support of Power of the Purse helps UWNEMN promote early literacy and improve school readiness through the Imagination Library program.
The program delivers FREE monthly books to local children from birth to age five. All children under age five in UWNEMN’s service area (Iron Range, Koochiching County, and Lake of the Woods County) are eligible to receive Imagination Library books.
UWNEMN initiated the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program in 2008. Thanks to people like you, we have since delivered more than 400,000 books to children across our region!
