When you shop downtown on Small Business Saturday there will be a variety of special coupons available and each participating business will have 5 SPECIAL DEAL coupons that you have a chance at receiving that can be used at another participating location. So, when shopping downtown you can find more deals as you go!
Special deal coupons are subject to their own rules and applications.
