The Bruce Mine Headframe Park & Trailhead ribbon cutting will be taking place on August 4th at 1PM and it’s going to be a sight to see! The Chisholm Beautification Association had been hard at work at putting this project together and it will be an exciting reveal of the finished product. The trailhead will act as a resting stop for Mesabi Trail riders, a launching point for Red Park MTB riders & ATV riders, not to mention an ideal place for residents and visitors alike to enjoy the sights & history!
In the event of rain the ribbon cutting ceremony will be taking place at the Chisholm Senior Center.
What is the Bruce Mine Headframe Park & Trailhead?
A dedication to the thousands of dedicated immigrant miners who sacrificed so much to build a future on The Range and whose memory & history will always continue to live on. The park will serve not only as a memorial but a destination for visitors & a beautiful place in Chisholm for residents to enjoy. Mesabi Trail riders, Redhead MTB riders, and ATV riders will now have an additional sight to see and experience as well!
