Bean Bags for the Brave Returns to the Iron Range!
Get your team together and toss for a great cause! United Way of Northeastern Minnesota’s second annual Bean Bags for the Brave tournament is coming to the Hibbing Memorial Building on Friday, September 18.
The event began on the Iron Range in 2025 when Adolfson & Peterson Construction and Park State Bank brought AP’s popular Duluth charity bean bag tournament north, selecting UWNEMN’s United for Veterans program as the beneficiary. This year, Radotich is continuing the tradition as presenting sponsor.
⭐ Play for a Purpose
Proceeds from the tournament support local veterans through United for Veterans, an initiative focused on filling gaps in services for veterans across the Iron Range, Koochiching County, and Lake of the Woods County.
Teams will compete for cash prizes, bragging rights, and the chance to add their name to the traveling trophy!
