Side Lake Fall Festival set for Saturday October 7th! Crisp air and the gorgeous autumn colors have arrived!  Enjoy a family fun event at the Side Lake Community Center from 1:00pm – 4:00pm. The Fall Festival and Costume Party are free to attend and all are welcome.

  • Crafts
  • Snacks
  • Hot Beverages

Free hot dogs, hamburgers, snacks and drinks will be available while supplies last. Sit by the fire and take in the live music with a cup of hot cider while the kids visit animals from Cook’s Country Connection. 

Event planners Julie Marinucci and Talia Sandys agree, “Side Lake is stunning in the Fall – we invite everyone to share our community and enjoy a beautiful day outdoors with excitement for kids of all ages!”

The Side Lake Fall Festival activities also include archery, pumpkin decorating, crafts, games and prizes. The first 150 kids will take home a pumpkin, as well.

Committee Chair Judy Kelly adds, “This is our last of five community events this year. We had tremendous support from the township, community and sponsors and as a result were able to put together events for every season at the lake.”

Doc “Moonlight” Graham Days are around the corner once again! Doc “Moonlight” Graham Days will begin on August 2nd and go through August 6th, so save the date and make sure not to miss out on a great time! There’s going to be plenty going on this year with the city-wide celebration of the local legend, Doc “Moonlight”, so make sure to bring your friends and family out and join in the party!

Wednesday, August 2nd

  • Last Man Standing – Open House at the Senior Citizen Center & American Legion – Coffee & Goodies all day – Public invited to view Chisholm Picture Display – 9:00 AM
  • Redhead Shuttle Service – to beach area & southern side of the MTB Park ($6) – Redhead Park full & half day kayak rentals available!! – 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Local Author Visit – Cory Kolodji “Hiking the Appalachian Trail” at Chisholm Public Library – 1:00 PM
  • Chisholm Area Chamber of Commerce Moonlight Festival Bingo – Valentini’s Supper Club – 6:00 PM

Thursday, August 3rd
